Auston has been with The Family Church since 2008. At a young age, while homeless, he had to drop out of school to go work to support his family. In his twenties, Auston went back to school and earned his high school diploma. Now he is currently finishing up a degree in degree in business, and has recently opened his first restaurant.
Administration is not new to Auston. In his years at Family, he has been involved in both overseeing and building several ministries: Club Retro (an all-ages music venue), The Spot Youth, and he remains active in working with youth and promoting the music scene, both inside and outside the walls of the church.
In 2016, Auston became an Oliver when he was adopted by Matthew and Siobhan. Having experienced God’s faithfulness, protection, and provision throughout the all the challenges of his difficult life, Auston has a heart to see people encounter God’s love, through the building of genuine friendships and community.
Siobhan, originally from England, was radically saved with her family when she was eight years old. A classically-trained musician, she has had a passion for worship since that time. She began leading the congregation of the small church she was a part of in worship at the age of 12.
Siobhan met her husband, Matthew, in Bible College in 1998, and they have been leading ministries since graduating. Siobhan traveled the world for several years, leading prophetic worship. Then, God called her and her husband, Matthew, to plant deep roots in their community. She has been at the Family Church since that time.
Siobhan loves her local community; and is heavily invested in her region through the businesses she and Matthew own. She further utilizes her creative talents to help businesses make transforming changes to optimize their presence and market share. Her greatest passion is to partner with other people’s dreams to help them fulfill their pursuits.
We are blessed that after taking a break for eight years, Siobhan has returned to lead worship for our church family.
Renee has a passion for all children to feel inclusively welcomed and cared for, including those with special needs. Her desire is to create an exciting place for children to learn about, experience, and grow in their relationship with God, as well as with each other. Her mission is to teach children to love God and love others. She has a way of teaching biblical foundation in fun ways that are also memorable for the kids.
Renee has a way of focusing on the details to make “church” a safe environment for transformational learning. She is committed, not only to the children, but to partnering with parents so they can help their kids succeed.
Renee is married to David and they have four children.

MEET YOUR MINISTRY PASTORS AND LEADERS
COMMUNION MINISTRY LEADER
At The Family Church, anyone who believes in Jesus can participate in Communion. It is an opportunity for each of us to search our hearts, finding the places that need to be reconciled to Him. Ann has been with The Family Church since 2015, and has overseen Communion preparations for Sunday services since 2016. She is also involved with the In-Touch Group (a group of women who stay in touch with all the church members on a regular basis).
THE BREW MINISTRY LEADER
The Brew offers coffee and complimentary donuts on a weekly basis before Sunday service. It is an important ministry to the church, not only to regular attenders, but also to visiting guests. The Brew ministry is a great place to make people feel welcome and provide a way to feel more comfortable engaging others. Zachary has been a part of The Family Church since 2008 and started as a cashier at The Brew, learning the ropes. After a four and a half year college hiatus, he returned to run the Brew in 2019. He has become a great Barista and likes that he can provide a service to The Family and our guests.
Travis & Pastor Jaime Partlow
iBELONG MINISTRY LEADERS
People who are new to the Family Church often wonder, “How do I get plugged in?” Twice a year we have a “Meet & Greet the Pastors” gathering right after church. The following three weeks Travis and Jaime teach iBelong at the same time. iBelong is a great opportunity to learn what we believe at The Family Church, about your spiritual gifting, and how you can get involved. The Partlows have been journeying with the Family Church since 2015.

Our Inner Healing team members are trained volunteers who help you identify, through Spirit-led prayer, the roots of a challenge or recurring life pattern. God is a good Father, and His truth brings freedom where there has been bondage. The team members are committed to making your Inner Healing appointment a safe environment for you. Many report incredible freedom and peace from just one appointment! Dixie has been part of The Family Church since 2012.

Dennis & Kristine Dohner
PASTORAL COUNSELING PASTORS
For those who have deeper or foundational wounding, there is one-on-one pastoral counseling available. This allows for building of healing and behavior momentum, coupled with new life skill development. Our pastoral counselors utilize a prayer-led Inner Healing model that focuses on revealing the root of errant belief systems and behaviors to bring lasting change. Pastoral counseling allows line-upon-line, precept-upon-precept healing to occur.
PRAYER MINISTRY PASTOR
At The Family Church, we believe in the power of prayer; we know that when we pray, something happens; when we pray more, more happens. Our Intercessory Prayer and ePrayer ministries present opportunities to go before the throne room of God, in unity, to both bless and war on behalf of our church body, the region, and those in authority over us. Judy has been with the Family Church since 1982 and, in addition to leading Intercessory Prayer, she is involved with the Women’s Ministry, Altar Ministry, Inner Healing Ministry, and Home Groups.
USHER MINISTRY LEADER
You will see our Ushers helping in many ways. They are often to the first to arrive at the church and the last to leave. In addition to readying the building for service, they are the ones who assist attenders to their seat and helps accommodate those who have special needs or requirements. Our ushers have a heart to serve, and do so with a smile. Mike has been with The Family Church since 2015 and has been involved in ushering since 2016.
