Pastor Matthew Oliver, you've never met someone so hungry for God to move in a region. He has an apostolic anointing but can't help himself from bringing his love for the Lord and Kingdom establishment into everything he puts his hand to. As a community business owner and pastor in this community for over 25 years he's seen and learnt a thing or two about life, love, work, trauma, failure and overcoming. He along with his wife Siobhan display what it means to lean in and choose each other and their family. Having raised four grown children, with a fifth still at home .......

Matthew and Siobhan Oliver are honored to have them as Ministry Partners as they journey alongside them with 'Jubilee Legacy International'. When the Bernal's made Northern California their home......Siobhan having been inspired by their ministry as a twelve year old growing up near London, in the United kingdom, was blown away ...... God has a Sense of Humor! They came under much scrutiny from the corporate church with their 'Word of Faith' message and absolute commitment to see God's Generals Outrageously LOVED.
